Check in #2

I'm hoping every one's work week is concluding with sore muscles from intense workouts and a shrinking belly from strict dieting! Garbo, I know your work as a SAHD is never done.

I took a 2 mile walk (which is equal to 5 laps around Plymouth Meeting mall in case anyone is interested) with two of my co-workers during lunch break. They are 52 and 60, so you can imagine the intensity level. I then had a couple slices of turkey rolled in lettuce, a wedge of Laughing Cow light cheese, and some delicious sugar free peach jello - I know you are all jealous of that meal. I mean business. Oh, and I did 20 push ups and lifted weights at 5AM because I was awakened by my precious son (pictured in middle) from 4-5AM and couldn't go back to sleep. He's my secret weapon.
