It's pretty much teh same as abs. SBD has a tough 2 week kick off phase where you lose allot fast (no carbs, no sugar, no fruit, lean meats, low fat - NO FUN). Abs just takes a little longer, but I think is a better long term diet. phase 3 of SBD is pretty much abs.
