Not so good

I'm still holding steady at last weeks weight. I have had zero motivation and I'm hoping to get it back ASAP before I have to buy a new wardrobe of larger clothes.

Maybe I need to get my butt back on the treadmill in the morning (and stop snacking all of the time!).

  1. At least you didn't gain - that's good! I'm doing a combo of SBD & Abs diet - and running allot more. SBD and Abs are very similar - lots of whole grains, veggies, protein, low sugar, etc. Maybe we need to find a 5k and sign up for it?

  2. Maybe. I need to do something that will get me running. I've been walking a lot, but I just don't see results like that.
