I have gained and lost a couple lbs this week. Zero sum game. Cumulative loss remains 7.25%. My strategy this week is to drink more water and I've signed up for a 5k in April, which will hopefully get me running more.
Mike lost a couple lbs and is at 3.09%. He needs to cut down on the almonds.
