
Mike is at 7.22%. Not only has he reached his goal, but he's exceeded it by .22%! His doc said he's at the ideal weight for his age and body type. Now the real challenge is keeping it off. With the miles he's logging outside and on the treadmill I don't think that will be a problem. Go abs diet!
I'm back to my week 9 status of 9.42%. Phase 1 of South Beach Diet didn't happen as planned last week. Starting Monday I'm back on Phase 1 and am hoping it will give me the kickstart to losing the last pounds I want off before the end of April when I'm headed to Palm Springs, CA for matron of honor duties.
