Birthday boy mike is at 2% and awesome gift giver nicole is at 5.06%. I miscalculated last week - my loss was only 4.74%.
We had chocolate cake for breakfast, a hoagie (on wheat bread), and more chocolate for dinner...... I see many miles in our near future.
