Southern thunder not so thunderous

The Wong's have been side tracked by visitors and a major birthday!! Allison gained a little and is at 3% while Gar Bo is at 2.7%. next week will be better

    I gained 2% and I'm going to blame it on hormones and water retention. Now I am off to subject myself to cruel and unusual punishment: crunches and squats.
